Today is the anniversary of the Squadron’s first victory on August 30, 1940 — the day before it was declared operational — when during a training exercise Lieutenant Ludwik Paszkiewicz downed a Messerschmitt 110. We thought it would be an appropriate time to premiere our fabulous new trailer. Check it out!

November 22–24, 2019 – Austin, TX – Polish Perspectives at 2019 NCSS – The American Council for Polish Culture (ACPC) organized and manned the Polish Perspectives booth at the 2019 Annual Conference of the National Council for the Social Studies. Several thousand social studies teachers attended, and browsed more than 200 booths. We also sent copies of a short brochure of our Aquila Polonica titles and a flyer we’ve created titled “Poland in WWII: Quick Facts”—which is a quick summary of the key aspects of Poland’s role as one of the Allies in WWII.
